Hi Everyone!
Thank you very much for the nice feedback on my Authur Lee tribute collage.
Yesterday marked the end of my second year posting on Renderosity and the birth of Kit Chaos and I wanted to thank everyone for the support, tips, tricks, parameters to study and just the general onward ho! pioneering spirit in this field of digital art.
I thought I would post 18 first frames of my favorite sheep animations from the current flock, 202, which started in February. We now have 35k computers connected into our network and it's thrilling to create art that will reach that many people everyday. I love my job as site administrator and work daily to help keep it running smoothly. It was the ES that led me to R'osity through a link to ETOMCHEK's (Liz) gallery.
Sheep are different from beautiful flames because they depend on motion and often the stunning flames make for some ugly sheep. Often their x forms will fold up like fans, especially the weaves, so the challenge is to keep the screen filled with light and color for 128 images. What I like about the stills is the motion blur built into the ES algorthm. It is possible to render large images using motion blur with FLAM3 but I just don't get the command line thing yet.

This is wonderful, a real feeling of warmth from these sheep (especially when you click and enlarge)! Well, I suppose there should be, since the ewes have woolly coats? What about printing them onto cotton downie/duvet covers and selling them in the winter? :)
