Andreas did mention it was difficult to comment on the success of the post worked version without seeing the original. Here is Kai's (short_ribs) post work illustrated, you be the judge of the success of this one and the short collaboration series.

About the scenery: This is the Kalahari desert back dropped by the Koranna mountains.

Postwork version is always better whatever somebody think! I do it all the time...!!! We are lucky to have fantastic program as Photoshop!!! And not only we...!!! Ha, ha...I should give them who discover it a Nobel prize! Excellent done!!!

Beautiful collaboration ...such a wonderful idea! Both photos are wonderful but you gotta Love the saturation of color in the postworked version. Looks to be right from the pages of a good magazine! :-) Excellent presentation!!
