Description

I made this picture some weeks ago while trying to get a grasp of procedural terrains. Well, I'm still trying to get a grasp, but slowly I'm improving - at least I hope so ... ;o)

Looks good to me, keep at it. My only comment in general which is nothing with the terrain itself but more to do with the background. My personal feeling is that the white clouds on the left make the peaks look a bit 'cut out'. Maybe mix a bit of blue sky there to break it up would improve the overall image. Thanks for sharing. Nice shot, happy to see your picts again. Your procedural terrains are "wundersch", for sure nice realisation with the ice way. The sommits rocks could have some more textures (black stone and snow ?) Anyway, less warm than Mich I suppose. Cheers.

Excellent terrain and landcape (I particularly love the fact that you have a 'glacier' in the middle - it's an excellent idea :)
