Yaaaaay!
I have managed to fumble up a solid version of the fractal knife I did in F.E using Bryce 5. I remembered a tutorial on how to do fairy wings using the terrain editor by Peter Sharp.
It is still very lumpy but I thought you would get the idea, need to visit the blacksmith and get it sharpened I think.
thanks to everyone at the Fractal and Wings forums for all their suggestion, they all guided me eventually to what was under my nose.

Cool idea! I ca see the fractals in there! I did a tut on terrains as well. Looks like you are cooking with gas now!!!
