I just wanted to say that I've learned more about photography since I bought my digital camera in 2005 than in the entire 10 years I dabbled with film. It's no longer acceptable to say: "I saw this fantastic _________, but missed the shot." You just can't miss the shot!!! I'm also amazed at the spectacular work appearing daily in all creative areas of Renderosity. There are a lot of talented people in here.

I know this says photography but it really looks more like it was created rather than photgraphed. Its beautiful but I don't know if I can comment on it as photography. Maybe too much post work for that.

Note to MrsLubner: It's a real bird, tame, mind you, raised and nurtured by a park ranger in a state park. It was photographed against a blue sky, with only contrast adjustment and sharpening in Photoshop.
