Description

AlooooooHa! Up and attem this morning, trying to get a nice sunrise that didn't materialize. Even the waves were quite small this morning, so here is a small wave breaking over the rocks where the sand use to be. I should have been here a few days ago...these bare rocks are a testament to bigger waves pounding this shore. Well it's finally Sat. and now I have to catch up on many ebots...man it doesn't pay to procrastinate with email, like a festering sore it gets worse without attention. Thanks for dropping by and any comments or critiques you care to leave...Enjoy your weekend everyone! Much Aloha~

EXCUSE ME????? Like a thousand before it??? WHAT??? The wave surely...because you cant possibly be talking about your photo. That would be more like "One out of thousand" DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN MAN!!!! You just blow me away!!!! Brilliant use of shutterspeed. Im just sitting here with my jaw in my lap...which works out pretty good for me....keep shoveling the chips in, lol. Have a great weekend buddy! #:O)

Interesting how you have turned the power of water into almost power of smoke on the curl. Moving water is not easy to capture clearly and you have done a fine job here.

Wow!!!! Definitely ~not~ like a thousand before it!! It's a fabulous shot, my mouthed dropped open when I saw the full size. Your camera settings that froze the water in action, were spot on. Superb!!!

Well Dave, like the thousand and one Arabian nights...each one is different! This one shows your understanding of the perfect shutter speed to just smudge the action enough but not too much.

I can't decide if the waves look smoking like on fire or ghost waves. Either way I love it.

When I have gone to the beach, I remember sitting and watching and thinking just that. Like millions before, but each one uniquely different, and no two ever the same. Thanks for giving us the one in a million shot. I love the rocks. No rocks here, and I miss them so much.
