The Arcanorian Guard Captain patrols the bowels of the Vixen Temple, sword in hand, unnerved by a feeling that something is not quite right down here. Something is... "Captain?" He turns around and returns the officer's salute. "What is it?" "Alana is here, sir. She's asking for you." "Thank you," the Captain nods, then curses under his breath, agitated at the interuption to his patrol. Something is wrong down here - he can feel it - but the Goddess of Lust waits for no man. He leans close to the officer's ear: "Remain here. We're being watched. If it makes a move, capture it and bring it to me. If you can't capture it, kill it." * * * The Captain steps into the Goddess' chamber. The room is bathed in golden light. Guards man every corner, their strange, dark armour silhouetted against the red velvet drapes that cover the walls. In the middle of the room, writhing and giggling atop a heart-shaped bed dressed in rich red silk, sits Alana, the Goddess of Lust. She sees the Captain and winks playfully at him, grinning seductively. "Good morning, Captain," she purrs. "Good morning, My Lady." "I will not keep you long, Captain. I see you have other things on your mind." "Yes, My Lady. There is someone down in-" Alana waves her hand dismissively. "Whatever it is, I am sure you will deal with it appropriately, Captain," she says. "I have every faith in you. In fact, that is why I am here. I came to pass on my congratulations. Not a single Vixen has escaped since you and your men took charge here. Arelia is busy rebuilding in Arcanor; I believe she will not return. This Temple was in decline, Captain. It was crumbling around Sinistra's ears and she was powerless to do anything stop it. The Temple Guard were weak and impotent, having served for so long under Sinistra's limp-wristed rule. But things have turned around now, Captain. Thanks to you." The Captain feels a wave of pride wash through him. He glances at the guards around the room. "Thank you, My Lady. We are honoured to serve you." Alana laughs suddenly. "I must admit, I have also been enjoying your methods of...well, shall we say 'discipline'? I watched your men teach that blue-haired Vixen a lesson." The Captain says nothing, remembering the order he gave to his men regarding the Vixen named Lara. "Take her down to the guards' barracks," he'd said. "Tell them to refresh her memory on the meaning of lust." And oh, how they'd done so. Never before had the Vixen Temple seen a lesson taught so thoroughly, or painfully. "You did well to issue that command, Captain," Alana says. "It pleased me. I would see more of it. Sinistra has grown complacent, distracted by the erratic behaviour of that her daughter of hers, that...aberration. "The Vixens are forgetting the meaning of lust," she continues. "Lust is not always fun. Sometimes it hurts. Sometimes it hurts a lot." "Yes, My Lady." "Now," Alana says, sliding a slender hand between her thighs. "Enough talk. I have an itch. Bring me something to play with." The Captain nods. "Shall I bring up one of the slaves?" Alana considers this for a moment. "No. I want something young and pretty. Bring me the pink-haired Vixen. Bring me Sandi." "Of course, My Lady." The Captain turns to leave. "Oh, and Captain?" The Captain turns. "Don't feel you have to be too gentle with her," Alana says with a conspirational wink.
