Description
What you see above is what passed for a major part of Britain's front line airforce in 1936, when a certain gentleman in Germany had just rolled out his Me 109 prototype, heavily armed, in-line engined, high speed monoplane.
The Bulldogs were created in another program, but qualified for these pages by being completed in Vue and Photoshop. (Vue has a wonderful simplicity for ease of positioning, atmosphere, alphaplane etc).
I haven't shown the Bulldogs fighting, because there was never anyone to fight!
That's enough chatter from me. Hope you will all keep looking even if there seems to be a distinct lack of new work here.
Cheers. W.

Your texture and material modeling is perfect IMO! Great POV and lighting as well.

You do have them posed in that "bugsmasher" look of biplanes where the nose is pushing the propellor through the sky. Angle of attack was not trimmed for a glide in these early powered examples. I like the wistfull illustrator aspect.

Outstanding work! I love the way in which you have achievd a "1930s" style feel to the picture, and the models themselves are superb!
