Hello ALL !
THis tree at sunset by the lighthouse attracted me as it looked like a hand pointing ( see the pointing hand?- its part of the actual tree not a sign or manip! )and loved it's long Branch there as well. This lighthouse ( that I also took some pictures of last year )is located in St Joe , Michagan -a place I have fond memory's of it where as a child I used to spend my summers at its beach.
It turned out a tad dark and grainy so I did some of my smugde painting on it and postwork to draw it out and brighten it up some.
I would like to dedicate this to a very sweet and talented artist on here Marlene ( Margana ) and say a big Happy Birthday too youuu... love your work so much your beautiful paintings and photography is always an inspiration on top of that you have a great big heart !! Hoping you have the best Birthday ever, sorry if I am late on this ...:O))))) !!

I love lighthouses too - and even have a series of tall mugs with New England lighthouses. This is a very suggestive image, and I love how you set the sky on fire even more with your post artwork. The smudge thing is a beautiful thing and you use it well! Great job, Kim.

Beautiful balance between the foliages of the tree in top on the left and grasses in bottom on the right of the stereotype. Kimarie avoided the traditional trap of the sun sleeping in the center of the photograph. Perfectly balanced, its photograph becomes interesting, because for me, its feature of humour with the tended hand, allows us ' vivre' his photograph, therefore a little its memories. Me this hand, indicates a group to me buildings emphasized well this time, that I will like to know a little more. France is a country with many coasts, therefore of headlights, but this one has a rather particular form, which I recognized only in one American film, a film catastrophe, on the marine floods. Very very beautiful photograph thank you Kimarie.

OHHH, that looks so unbelievable romantic, I can see the siluettes from two little cats in front, the tails are knoted in each other building a heat!!!LOL Now my totally crazy sense for kitsch is gone with me!!!!LOL I love this photo Kimmie!!!
