Description

I broke down this weekend and finally bought two parakeets. For whatever reason, I have always wanted them. I have named them Skyy and Stoli. Yes, it is after vodkas. What else could it be? They are taking very well to the new home. The cat just looked and yawned. LOL Hope to Poser soon when things settle down. Hope all are well...

This is eerie. Your budgies resemble mine (only mine do not look so thin - it may be the angle or the vertical bars): blue and turquoise. I'm not sure what gender yours are - mine turned out after a month to be a male (blue above its beak) and a female (beige to brown). How did you manage to have these birdies sit and pose for you? My budgies, by the way, are called Jack and Gus, after the mice in Disney's Cinderella. (Jack later turned out to be a Jackie.)
