Description

Another capture of my favorite fish at the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden, located on the north campus of California State University Long Beach. Okay, what you see is the typical approach taken by the koi for food in this particular garden. The fish is smooth, sophisticated, well groomed, disciplined, well mannered, and not jumping and swirling around like some lunatic in anticipation of a meal. Ergo, I tossed it some morsels in appreciation of its cooperative and urbane behavior.
