"Beauty I'd always missed With these eyes before, Just what the truth is I cant say anymore." ~ lyrics fron Nights in White Satin by the Moody Blues
Another sky photo courtesy of Tropical Storm Ernesto. ----- Thank you for your crocodilian comments on my last upload, Texturescapes III - Frankengator. I'd like to posthumously dedicate that photo to Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter, who was killed in a diving accident on Sept. 4th. Love or hate his work, the man was a force of nature and did much to revive the popularity of wildlife shows in recent years.

Sorry to hear about Mr. Irwin (I read about this earlier today). It is always sad to hear such news. This image is beautiful, and gloomy!

Impending gloom and doom looks very foreboding, as for our Icon Steve Irwin, the whole nation is in shock and dismay, his in-your-face, hyper personality will be sorely missed,worldwide...no doubt. There was a magic interview of the real Steve, on the Australian ABC-T.V. show called "Enough Rope" with interviewer Andrew Denton, do yourself a favour and watch it, it's unbelievable and funny. The way he died was a freak accident, R.I.P. Great dedi for him, CheersJeff.

Ominous and threatening. The way I like it!! KP

Wonderful gloomy scene, and the taillights of the car in front of you add a welcome splash of color. Excellent! A shame about Irwing - his ever present bubbly enthusiasm for all things living made him a joy to watch (I think so at least...)
