Description

Image created for a Renderosity Magazine tutorial. "Creating a daylight scene" (without radiosity engine) Note: Background trees are a background image. (3D trees can be used but this requires more managing/rendering time and tutorial is about "create this scene in a few hours").

Most 3D work I can tell from reality, but this... even looking twice and knowing it's a rendering. Incredible.

Wonderful scene, saw your other works too, At first they look like photos then when you look at them more carefully you realize they are digital creations. I wonder how may lights you used to get that daylight effect?

Astounding! I was certain that was a photo with a bit of mucking about. Honestly astounding - if the details on the overhead walkway were put just slightly out of focus as with the scrollwork on the bottom of the supports, you'd fool anyone into thinking you took a photo. Fantastic shadow and texture work! A suggestion? Try making the fence on the far wall wrought iron...

It's probably the best 3d rendering I've seen. At least, I cannot remember any other that impressed me as much as this one. Truly a classic.
