A friend of mine recieved this after the death of a relative. We think it looks like a Tiffany lamp but have no idea how to tell......... any ideas from the Renderosity folks? Thanks for any help on this matter.

If a tiffany, it will have markings of such. Go over it carefully and you'll find them. When you do, you can look them up on the internet for who and when it was made. But tiffany was not the only maker of these types of lamps that holds value so whether it is authentically tiffany may not change the value. Lovely lamp.

YEP -, if tiffiney from 1905 thru 1920 it will be worth a small fortune !! i LOVE these lamps so much ... wonderful thing to inherit it is beautiful!!
