I've never even heard of Cinema 4D, but obviously YOU have, because this is just about the most realistic 3D? image I have ever seen in these forums - and you walli are a master at using it. I can almost feel the little prickly thorns on those cacti. The cracked earth, sunlight and shadows are exquisitely done. This is the kind of realism I only dream about achieving in my art, you are to be commended - this is truly awe-inspiring work and your skill to die for.

Very impressive! I'm not entirely sure what it is, perhaps the colour tones and the shape of some of those branches, but this really reminds me of a Dali image.

The organics are absolutely wonderful. I have tried and failed to capture their image in 3D. You have done an outstanding job in capturing them in Cinema 4D. Beautiful!

is everything in this picture created with c4d?

the rendering was done in C4D, also the landscape and the grass. The cacti I modelled with XFrog (but in this case C4D would have been much easier, except of the Joshua and the bushlike plant wich have a branching structure). The background/clouds was a fast render in Terragen.

Amazing to say the least. These models should be made available to others as a gift to humanity or a sellable product at the very least. Either way they should not die a digital death of deletion or non-use.
