Well because of the site being so very slow i am just finding this out..i consider Dave a good friend and kindered spirit and am really pissed off at the people responsible for stealing such a talented artist from us.I think there were prejedices against him from the start.. i use these characters in the same way Dave does and have never been warned or hassled..Dave always told me when they made him remove an image and i know it was really beggining to piss him off too.I know if he was here and could speak for himself he would tell them off in style..as i am sure we would all like too.and unfortunatly it is things like this that further seperate us from this community.and with things like this happening(and its not the only dark thing happening at renderosity)people just wont care anymore and this place will loose all it magic and become the ego fed site with score boards and charts that it wants to be.and after 3 and a half years here,i Think i will just go and look for Dave...

I've been to tiquanleap's site, viewed some of his artwork, and I agree, I have seen nothing that does not comply with the TOS here. I've read some of his comments in the galleries here, and they gave me the impression this was a guy with a sharp sense of humor, but never have I read anything that was out of line here. I've encountered some of his posts in the forums, and those were usually witty, intelligent, and all of them were well within the TOS borders. So like you I don't understand. A great dedication to your friend. A beautiful contrast between the smooth rendered woman and the harsh, almost cartoony lines of the guys in front. And despite the troubles on this site, I hope you will stay - if all the good guys and gals leave, this place will sure go down the drain.

Awesome artwork, and expression Bill! Bravo! It would be nice to know that the powers that be would see this, and know the effect that their actions are causing among the community. I don't mind the TOS, it's their right to have it, but their arbitrary judgement is confusing. Unfortunately it will not stop until they find that it effects their bottom line! :(

Bill,if you look or watch sometimes the forums, you can see all the strange threads about nudity, or what ever. I am angry, really angry, because this is art too. My god, if i dont like nudity images, why i take a looks? Just for open up the one thousend thread about ugly nudity images? F... I agree whith you. In any form. And i mis this great artist too.. The problem doesn't lie within the TOS. They are as unspecified as TOS normally are. And you cannot cover every possibility. Ok. The real problem is this sort of 'moral majority' that is taking over not only this place but the world. Look, it's obviously no problem and no violation to upload anti-liberal and anti-gay images here (very minor ones too). I've seen them and I'm scared. Scared because the aim is not Renderosity, it's our lives!

Sorry to hear the news. I have not posted many images yet, I have seen a few that I would have thought would have been banned, but were not. Selective criticism I guess. Missed his last post, but loved his art.

Thank you my friend! And Yes, i'm tiquanleap, i don't care anymore, this site has become such a lame place that i just do not care if they ban me again because i am thinking about leaving anyway. There are set rules here as to what is acceptable to be posted here but when it comes to "child nudity", it's vague as all hell, what criteria are the mods following to determine what is young because they only say "Since age is difficult to identify with 3D images, this will be at the discretion of the Renderosity team." which to me says it's their personal opinion. Ok, in my personal opinion, karen who banned me, doesn't look old enough to be a moderator for the site and she does not even consider herslf to be an artist, what gives her the right to condemn my art? Shouldn't our art be "judged" by our peers and not by someone who does not even think they are an artist? It's a load of crap and it sickens me. They still send me Marketplace notices of items in my wishlist on sale when i cannot even login using that name to purchase the item, like i 'm gonna buy sometning from here again anyway.
