Description
Captured earlier this year up at the beautiful Los Angeles County Botanic Garden in beautiful Arcadia, California.

Other than a few cats, crows, and an errant opossum or two, no wildlife around where I live, so I have to drive all around Southern California to get some pics of fauna.
And please don't tell me this is a mallard duck. I have to be right once in a while.

hahaha... this is a mallard disguised as a goose, albeit a pretty good disguise. Oh yeah, I recognize this puppy alright, it's a Canadian goose for sure! Living in Toronto, I do the goose step every time I go down to the lake shore, it's a mess, full of poop, Canadian goose poop, and lots of it. I don't go to Centre Island anymore, it's a bio hazard. I'm not really that crazy about these guys, so I'm just gonna say, nice shot!!

These are such ugly birds really. In the autumns we get 10000 of these on the field across the road from us. Hmmmm....maybe i should shoot them all..with cam of course....as they take off one day. Gotta time it though. Yup, you just gave me some inspiration. Thanx. #:o)
