Description

I have been pretty busy lately and haven't had much time for hobbies, especially fractals, and I miss it. There is nothing as rewarding as puttering around with a fractal and the perfect image appears. And spirals have always been a favourite of mine. This one sort of appeared when I was feeling really pulled in all directions and it really fit my life at the time. (I've since learned to prioritize a lot better) I wrote a poem for it as well ... a little on the goofy side and it didn't take very long to write as will be obvious when you read it. :) I've missed all you guys in the fractal gallery and believe it or not it's where most of my inspiration for any poetry I write comes from. I find after a visit here, browsing the images, I feel more creative. Nothing inspires like a fractal. However, you'll have to forgive the poem. It's not how I usually write but really fit the mood. I understand ... oh how I understand ... and you expressed this magnificently -the 'tailing off' was a masterstroke. I love the colour scheme and the crisp clear image, both complement each other perfectly. Make time for YOU, lady - that's an order! Mike

I like your spiral, the clear lines and the beautiful colours. It invites to be looked at for a long time, a balanced, serene composition, possibly the result of your need to centre yourself. Lovely work.
