Description

Ladies and gentlemen I present to you (as promised), straight from France Park in Cass County, Indiana, the star of the woods, the SINGING TREE!!! And for your listening enjoyment you can actually hear this marvel of the forest! That's right, you will hear the Tree's wonderous vocalizations directly from its natural habitat complete with its own personal chorus of leaves in the breeze, a nearby stream, and birds and insects chirping as it fills the woods with its joy for 100 yards in all directions. Simply go to http://media.putfile.com/Singing-Tree May this week find you with a song in your heart! Thanks for looking (and listening)! Ken (Watch for coverage of this event from Brenda, aka justalice, tomorrow!)

I 'wood knot' have believed it, if I hadn't heard it myself. Wild animals, no....... just wild wood. That was so cool, and it really made you work for it too. But the hours wait was well worth it dear. OOK OOK.

Why is this tree making noises like that? It sounds like it's in pain, lol. The last time I heard a tree making it noises, it fell across the river right after we had canoed by. It was either up by the June Sprints in Elkhart, WI or Turkey Run...now I can't remember but I thought I was a goner, lol..
