Description

I took this a week ago when I took the blue flowers. As you see no flowers is here and I forgot to go look at it when I saw all the golden flowers. I did shot this bird. Forgot what type of bird it is. I do like the shot. The only thing I do not like is When I look at it blow up in photoshop it falls apart. That is what I talking about I need a bigger camera and one that I can put a three foot long len with a 1 and 1/2 wide. I saw that as I was driveing and this man in a car park with ith len out the car pointing at the same type of bird that is in this photo. Just dreaming here. I know I have to use what I got to do the best I can with it. thanks for every thing

I'm not positive but I think the bird is a white crane. You have no reason to worry it's a great picture! The water is so still, it's like glass, love that bird's reflection in the water.

Excellent shot Jocko!! And an amazing feat! How you take photos with a gator gnawing on one leg is astounding!!! I bow to your unconcious dedi to the "Croc Hunter". Excellent photo!! Now where is that bare foot girl, dancing in the moonlight?

Looks like some kind of egret. I guess that the inability to blow up digital images beyond a certain point is one reason that film will never be completely replaced. It has limits as well but digital pictures seem to degrade a lot quicker. Great looking scene!

Jocko, that's a splendid capture, with wonderful depth and clarity. No need to mess around with a Hubble Telescope lens, this is fine. The crane stands out well against the dark background. Lush greenery, and a beautiful water effect, so nice and still, just like a mirror.

In OZ those birds are called "Herron's", I really like the spanish moss hanging from the cyress trees as well, fine capture Jock, you don't need a bigger LENS, just practice your stalking techniques !!! ~Cheers~ :o)
