Description

Project that i have been working on called "Konosos Throne Room " the other half of this WIP is located in the Cinema 4-D forums under the the thread of "Show us your work " under Odessey . These are going to be filler objects along with decaying walls , rubble ,frescos and heavy ageing effects utilizing Cinema 4-D UV paint I am not sure on the decor or pattern on the vase i suppose i should do a little research before hand. Thanks for your time : Michael.

These look beautiful, especially your attention to the imperfections and damage. To think they will be no more than "fillers" !

Regardless of authenticity of design, this is beautiful work. Exquisite weathering.

Looks very good indeed! Not too sure about the leaf (?) pattern though, I think it might be too modern for the period. Maybe something more like this: http://artlandia.com/wonderland/glossary/imgs/GreekKey.jpg

It really does look like "mutton glazed ceramic." Am I making that too common? Is it "mouton glazed?" Maybe, it is the way old soldiers became collectors of treasure that has associated "mutton chops" with an era of archaeology. I'm just one of the stooges in the fight so I might say anything with my back to the wall. They look more like amphora than water jars so I would say not in the women's quarters in Pompeii but maybe in a mother's special room in the opinion of Christians but when discovered by a shepherd they were intact.
