Shadowplay III by TwoPynts

"Light is my inspiration, my paint and brush. It is as vital as the model herself. Profoundly significant, it caresses the essential superlative curves and lines. Light I acknowledge as the energy upon which all life on this planet depends. My photographic images search for dimensions that words cannot touch-- the result of intense responses to personal experiences. I do not wish to "record," but rather to touch upon the illusive meanings which I perceive and try to comprehend in this limitless universe. The ground we walk on, the plants and creatures, the clouds above constantly dissolving into new formations - each gift of nature possessing its own radiant energy, bound together by cosmic harmony. Every artist, in a sense, is missionary. He tries to convey a message to his fellow man

The subtlety of shadows is quite apparent in this one, Kort. Nicely done.

This is stunning ,Kortalouche, quiet and yet I can imagine the subtle 'music' the bamboo makes as it moves in the breeze. All of Morikami is lovely, but I think I loved the bamboo 'forest' best. You captured it's essence wonderfully here.Sorry this took me so long...-M :^)

Guess who is back? Glad I had another long look at your gallery and this is one that really stands out for me. Not only do I like bamboo, but the treatment you have given it is wonderful. This image is pure poetry my friend. Egmont
