That and I thought the placement and execution of the lensflare is one of my best

Nice work... But, Just a couple of things. The Textures of the ships is too much - Judging by the size of the ships these textures are too big... try making them smaller so that there's not so much contrast in them. And the Fill light you have on the Earth is too bright. Being lit as it is from the Lens Flare, the dark side should be... well darker! :)
