Description

Ithe sun was going down and I wanted to see if I could take these type of shots. So I turn my camera setting lighting down so the lest light will go in. i know that it be hard on my lightmeter. I should have turn it off but was not thinking of it at the time. I just pick up the camera and shot the image as fast as I could. the light was blinding me so I did not know if I got it I know it not sharp as some would like it but that is what I saying earier why I did not like my landscapes with this camera. It a mall aim and shot camera and It just a 4.0m camera. I need to buy a new printer and a camera but my printer may win out. lol

Cool, like the light shining throught the trees, hope it did not blind you when you took the shot, anyway, bravo!

make a suggestion before buying a printer. check out the prices of ink first and how many store selling the ink.if you check around especially at Staples they often have a deal of buying a camera with a printer free. so maybe you can kill two birds with one acorn. excellent capture and I remember the swamps just like this. some areas around the swamps are very dangerous because of no shoulder and idiots driving 80 in a 50 zone

Pretty good for a cross-your-fingers capture, Jocko! I like the sun reflection in the swamp water. The humid trees and foliage really give the feeling of a swamp, with mosquitoes and cottonmouths looking for someone or something to feast on. And, if you upload your Lake Martin photos to Google, they'll have 28,000 pictures!

@ goodoldboy: Cotton mouths? The this eerie feeling the somewhat dark display conjures up in my mind is well justified. Great capture.
