I couldn't agree with your excellent dissection of this commercialsed farrago more! Although Hallowe'en [in this form] is not native to Britain we have 'adopted' the worst aspects, whilst forgetting our own ancient traditions. 'Tis sad, but the western world blindly dances to money's increasing strident tune. A really stirring read. Thank you for that. Mike
