Description

The Hawking Nebula has become a favourite hiding spot for pirates, raiders and pretty much anyone trying to avoid the authorities. The gas cloud fogs most sensors and even those that do work have a very limited range. Coast Guard Cutters patrol the cluster in pairs, using combined arrays to increase the sensor range, hunting for ships that may be hiding. I'm having great fun with Carrara clouds. You can even see the ship casting shadows on the cloud. Which is really pretty tricky in postwork. The ship is nothing special. Just an old wings model I had laying around. Thanks for looking.

WOW!!.... Thats all, just WOW!! The old saying of a picture is worth a 1000 words comes up a little short on this one. I could see this being the cover to a even bigger novel. Great work!!!!!
