Description

Well HELLOOOO!
I must say... I'm having SOOOO much fun with my new cam!! We went on a bit of shoot this eve - this is one of the shots I took... the sea was dead calm and so silent - like a lake... I didn't feel like the ocean at all!
Thanks for all your comments on: - Eye Spy - and thanks for Oom Piet telling me it was a JUMPING spider - this AFTER I took it! EEESSSK..
Have a fabulous day / eve!!
Esté 8;o)
PS: The title popped up the moment I saw this image - its from a song by Nina Simone with the same title.

Perfect lighting for this capture, the floating bamboo creating interesting textures in the shoreline. Do we have a new cam? Good luck, I hope we see many more good ones.

I kind of think I see her lying in the bay, just before the ship. Nice colors on the rocks, the smaller ones in the background look like a flock of birds in the water.

Ooooh, Est this marine scenic view makes a wonderful postcard ! (where was it taken ?) And I really like your idea to associate your picture with a song.... "...see-line woman empty his pockets and wreck his days make him love her and she'll fly away..." :~)

Lovely and sublime capture of the placid ocean and rocks. I like the deep feeling of depth. A beautiful blending of colors/colours. But, what is with the beige sky? Looks like Los Angeles on a hot September day. And are those sharp coral reefs I see?

Great shot here! Did you name this pic because of the rock right in the middle up top, it looks like a woman laying down on her side with her hips (left side of the rock) & her back and head (right side of the rock) facing the sea? VERY well done once again ;)
