Description
Ok here's one for the lightwave purists.
Render of the great white shark I modelled in lightwave (textures in photoshop) then exported and made into a poser model, posed in poser then exported back into a lightwave object...... and rendered with no more modification to the object or textures whatsoever.
Thanks to Mitch for the awesome P4 diver.
Any complaints about posting lightwave renders using poser models should be posted directly up your own rectum.
Thank you for your co-operation.

somthing seems off to me like the Man and shark are not in the scene but on it. Grate model of the shark!
ivyroses
darn I was hoping the shark was eating the guy
chemicalbrother
yeah hopkins i agree it needs maybe some bubbles in the foreground to give it more depth and make the diver and shark appear in the middle of the scene. it was one of those ones "well it has rendered now so might as well post it"
ladynimue
I keep hearing the theme song from Jaws :) Wonderful attention to details on both the shark and the diver.
mrbad

Great concept! wouldn't want to be the diver : )

nice poses, angle, props and texturing. i suck at underwater scenes, but perhaps i can give a little tip here - experiment with depth cueing. the thing with water, especially the ocean, is that it has a very low visibility that drops dramatically with distance. light doesnt penetrate it very far, and distant areas seem hazy and darker. your water is fine, but try adding a bit of depth cueing to darken the tail of the shark and make it much less visible, and perhaps a few more bubbles coming from the respirator of the diver. cheers, -gabriel
