To find his way out of his Diabetic Coma-World, our Hero must venture into places like The Sugar Mines to collect sack-fulls of Candy & Treats that he can then trade for Brocolli and other healthy Blood-Sugar Level Reducing foodstuffs. The Sugar Jacks are a form of Jack O'Lantern that can sniff out Candy and other Sugary items for you - they can be Friend or Foe. When only Pumpkin-Sized they act like a dog and will sniff out deposits of Treats for you in return for small rewards. But the more they eat, the bigger they get and the more willing they are to turn on you and eat your entire Candy Haul. The bigger ones are free-roaming and will smell your sugar and hunt you down so a large Magic Lollywhirl is needed to beat them away - a direct blow to one of their rotten teeth will send them away howling in unbrushed-toothy pain.
