Description

Captured while I was taking a walk along the street and saw it sticking out beyond a fence. So, auntietk, Terrypom, anybody.....can you tell us the name of this beauty, or the classification, category? Lots of pollen on the petals. Never saw one like this before, so what else is new? Thanks for dropping by, and have an utterly stupendous day!

Beautiful! Might be a tad oversharpened, but it's beautiful either way.

I sure the bees do not care for the name just sees it as a food source. But it is nice to know the names of things you see in nature; you really love it more. Like you see a oak tree or a pine tree and you know what they do in a fire too like do not cook with pine but oak go for it. lol I got off the flower thing. Just do not eat it; know what flowers to eat and which not to and if you not sure do not eat. I like the clean shot of this lovely flower

A first class zinnia! Very lovely form. Zinnias are one of the "old time" flowers that are very durable and the blooms last for a very long time. These are cottage garden favorites and this is a lovely photo of a very nice color.

Beautiful shot! MrsLubner is correct, this is a lovely zinnia. My grandmother always had them in her garden, and they're one of my favorite flowers.
