Description

I actually went out and bought a bird and bug book last weekend at Barnes & Noble. :) Let's see how I do now that I have these as a reference! lol I THINK this is an American Goldfinch .. A Male. In the summer, they are a really pretty Yellow, and in the winter, they change in color, making them look much more like a female. With Winter not here full blown just yet, I'm sure this sweetie will transform a bit more. I know it's not the sharpest picture...but... I'm still trying. I hope to catch up on some gallerys here this weekend. I really miss surfing in the evening, looking at your stuff. Thank so much for stopping by and for any comments you may leave. What a beautiful and soft image this is.... I love that lil bird wish I could get them here... Reminds me I need to set up my feeder and get bird seed...
