Description

First of a few posts from holiday back in July, most taken very early or very late in the day, as the weather was unbearably hot the rest of the time; not something usually associated with holidaying in that part of the world! This one taken at Watendlath Tarn, near Keswick, Cumbria UK, 7am, 4th July 2006. Please view fullsize - it looks lousy otherwise.... Canon 5D, 17-40L, F11, 1/100s ISO 400. Yes really great image.My wife and I arrived at Watendlath very late one afternnon after a whole day in the area,regretably we never went around the lake - another trip we will have to make. Love the image - wish I had done it :-(
