Description

Bertie the young dragon has himself a shiny new car. === Used a HDRI IBL rendered into the scene for the reflections. Took over 24 hours to render. Wonderful BMW Dixie model by Helmut Schaub from http://www.3dxtra.net/, dragon from DAZ.

Incredible lighting on this one! My opinion ? Loose the lizard, it detracts from a wonderful image.

Thanks for the comments. It probably took so long to render because I am using an Intel Mac and Bryce 6 only runs in emulation mode with my processor. I await Universal Binary version when 6.1 is released, which should give 2.5x increase in performance. Also, the quality settings were up on the IBL. Just using standard sky lighting it took around 10 minutes...

Just taking a peek through your gallery, cool stuff. I have outrageous render times myself. But I have yet to find a program that gives the quality Reflections and Transmissions that Bryce does. Nice work Steve.
