Description
While walking one day outside after the rain had quit, I got to looking inside this lily.
The luscious raindrop almost made this bud look sensual.
Sometimes there is more to the flower than we can see, we have to look.
I got my first two injections today.
One of Procrit and one of Faslodex.
The Procrit burned all the way into the muscle.
Yikes but much better than a chemo treatment.
I think I can handle a burn LOL.
My red blood count is back up as well and I hope I am feeling perky by Thanksgiving so I can cook my turkey for my family and keep it down.
Was so sick all weekend did not comment on images.

Made me smile as well as a tear in my eye.

Susan, did you know that legend tells of the first White Lillies being created by milk spilling from the heavens when baby Hercules was feeding from Hera's breast. That story is a bit like your photograph both, strange and beautiful. I hope you are felling and send you my best wishes.
