Description

I was watering my flowerbeds today and this little guy didn't appreciate getting wet and darted out only to see me and freeze in his tracks (long enough to allow 2 shots). It's a good thing I usually carry my camera when I go outside :-) I am pretty sure he is a black racer. Anyway I am not really afraid of snakes so he is still out there somewhere maybe I will see him again and get a better shot. Hope everyone had a terrific weekend! Thank you for your much appreciated comments! Wendy

Wow, excellent you had the camera handy when this black thing slithered out of your garden bed. LOL he don't look so happy. Are these things harmless? I think I'd die if I ever saw a black one here in Minnesota LOL Excellent shot Wendy .. gosh, even the rocks are in perfect focus .. beautiful pic. I love it.
