This is a more exotic submission used in Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu called a GoGo Plata. In the picture, the opponent on the ground uses his left thigh to trap his opponents arm by keeping it from being moved back. The left shin is then thrown up and over the shoulder of the trapped arm and the shin forced up underneath the neck of the top combatant using the foot as a "hook" to the side of the head. The bottom combatant then reaches up and around the back of the top opponent to grab his "hooked" left foot in order to secured a tight choke formed from his left shin and left forearm. The bottom combatant draws his right leg up between both his and his opponents body and uses the right heel to push up and away on the heel of the left foot being used along with the left shin to choke the top opponent. This not only imparts a stronger pressure to the left leg choke, but helps in imparting a twisting motion to the opponents neck and head that is painful in it's wrenching hyper-extensive motion. The right arm is simply used to grab the top combatants right arm and immobilizing it till the choke succeeds in achieving a submission or a broken neck as well as being able to pull downward on the top opponents right arm in order to add that much more pressure to the leg choke and neck wrench. Ultimately it's not easy to pull off, but deceptively effective and devilishly hard to overcome when actually "locked" in. P.S.
