I like it untextured. you shouldn't ruin such beauty with a UVMap (trying to help you out here dude.) I really like the top image. The detail is astounding.

Very cool! I love the POV of the front, reminds me of a bulldog with the wide low stance. And it has guns grin

Probably your best yet! UV mapping just shows personal taste, everyone would do it differently, this is the best way to present it! Great Job!

this has the same 'feel' to it as your 'The Usual Suspects' robots, and i think this could look good in the same plastics finish, with a nice coloured panel or two ?

)
