Description

Shot taken at Sandsend some time back. I love the water so much! Would dearly like to get out in a boat much more than I do.. It is wonderful to see the land from the sea, such a very different view. Thank you for looking. Have a top Tuesday. Hugs to all. Diane.

Its wonderful to see land from a boat...BECAUSE YOU WISH YOU WERE ON IT! Thats why its so lovely. LOL. There are few things i respect as much as the ocean. It looks so dark and bottomless when youre staring down into it. My biggest fear is drowning actually....and i have come close 3 times. All those times i needed to be rescued. And yet i went out and got a scuba certificate....how dumb am i? LOL. So my fear is sort of mixed with a love for it i suppose. Oops...bla bla bla right? Sorry for that ramble. Im just bored at work, and im trying to kill some time. #:oP A beautiful photo with such a peacefulness to it. Composed beautifully....but im sure it could look even better with a straight horizon. #;o) Have a wonderful day Di. #:o)

The two (small) boats make the sea looks such a vast expanse. I shall wave from the side Di, you go ahead.

A very detailed shot, I like th fact that I can see the gulls in the water behind them, and the yacht on the horizon.... kinda adds to the image in a nice way. Fab work, ta for sharing this with us :)

Lovely image I love the idea of the yacht being dwarfed by the other boat in the foreground adds to the power of the oceans and those who dare to make a living from it have always had my utmost respect..

I bet you would have a grand time out there. That sounds great, I'll stay on the shore and get a photo of you out in the boat. Sound good? :-) It was great to have a few moments to chat in the Castle with you. Enjoy your day.
