Im just a landscape designer who has the freetime to teach myself a few new programs from time to time. I do love Photoshop,  3D modeling and rendering on the computer.  I think you can compare rendering to Legos or clay because you can take an idea from your imagination and put it out there for others to see. If your real lucky you can make a few extra bucks doing so.

Nice picture. Nice modelling. The architecture, in my thoroughly biassed opinion, sucks. It looks cloned from any industrial unit, can't you get the customer to be a bit more adventurous?

good to see rhino used in commercial use, did you do the elevations in Rhino too? I guess its crucial to get the client on-side I dont really mind your construction design, its the materials that make the difference.

This project is clearly visual perfection! A+ on the modeling and an even higher grade (if there was one) on the overall visual appeal! ...and a comment for one: dicktracy- i would never use the words: "sucks" or "more adventurous" with a project of this magnitude. Would you criticize a work done by Michaelangelo?...do you know hime?...does he call you at home?...do you dicktracy have a dorslefin?!!! pFF...and you can't quote me!

I also like the fact that Rhino is used for commercial success. You did a fine job on the modeling, and the render is very well presented. Congrats!
