If the center of the medalion is filled with holy soil, than the writting must refer to this matter! If so, the medalion cannot be to old and the text has to be hebrew!

Looks like nonsense to me. The Left one has:on the left-MRGNYChCh,in the pentagons-TChNGN,on the Right-MULYLLN. The one on the Right has in the pentagons-TCHV,and the big word is-NChGQDNPRChNPQChDVChVChVO. Doesn't actually mean anything that I can see. It seems to be like many old gnostic names of god which were long lines of letters-what Aleister Crowley called 'Barbarous names of Invocation'in his Liber Samekh where he translates some of them.

I think that you can try to translate this using a machine translator, and even if the translation is not accurate, then this is not a big problem. Although in matters where an accurate translation is needed, I'm very picky. I've already run into some issues and realized that the most important thing in this situation is to find a qualified service because the end result is dependent on it www.translate.com/german-english I chose this resource for assistance, and I'm pleased with the outcome. Everything is precise and of high quality, which is important to me.
