Description
This isn't a very good shot but the idea is to show the sign. This is the road that leads up and into the Chisos Mountains where the last couple of posts were taken. They arent kidding either, one of the main trails was closed off that day because a black bear and her cubs were using it.
By the way, mountain lions are not nearly as small as I had thought. They have a display of one at the ranger station here and I asked if it was real and it was. African lions are bigger, but not by much. I wouldn't want to run into a live one.

Impressive scenery! I wouldn't even like to cross paths with an angry bobcat. Not to mention a mountain lion!

Another cool view of your trip. I'd love to hear about it from your kids. I'm sure with you being their Dad that they can tell wonderful stories of their adventures.

Wow! Those mountains look like yours! I wonder how many terrains they used to make them. Gotta love that jaggedy Texas rockage! Bears and Pumas, eh? Watch your 6.

I would really love to see a mountain lion in real life, they must be very majestic too like their African counterparts. Great mountain scene captured.

Impressive scenery for sure and I am glad they look for the animals as they do.. and of course for the humas too..lol.. as I can imagine a mother bear with cups is not very tolerant with humans strolling in her territory
