BIOLaurent Antoine, alias "Lemog".
37 years old
I live in France, near Paris... in the Champagne's land.
After short studies of "mechanical and industrial drawing", I left school at 17 years old, in 1982.
My dream is to find a work in a graphics studio, but without any result, yet...
In 1986, this dream became reality, I was hired by a publishing firm.
In 1993, traditional graphics was totally abandonned, now, it's the computer era !
I tried some 3d software, for the pleasure, firstly at home, with
Extreme3D and StrataStudio.
My company makes video film too, it's naturally that I began the creation of 3d sequences,
with Amapi for modeling and ElectricImage for rendering.
And in 1998, it was the begining of a new adventure in professional 3d, we purchased three licenses of Maya !
My dream came true !

Excellent work, especially when I hear you did it for a film! The white parts of the boat look a bit too perfect, even as for a brand-new ship. But anyway, the render is impressive. Congrats for the AOM, again.

Great stuff again. Are you going to have a 2D backgrpund of 1900 Paris?

Big thanks to you all my friends for your words, the support and especially your interest. Valouchufy -> Thanks a lot... keep plugged "ma grande"... the trailer will be available at the end of next january ! Silgrin -> agree with your comment about white metallic part... I think that will be more visible in the movie... It's a little burned with the postwork... but when I saw photos of this time, at this distance, these surface aspect is not so much visible... virtuallyhistorical -> 2d background of Paris ? that depend... I've planed to simply modelize the Paris building... I must do some test before.

Always enjoy a well balanced scene. Yours always have the small details that the eye uncontiously picks out. Detail is important and knowing what and when to include or leave out is an art unto itself.Congratulations.
