Description

All modeled and rendered in Blender3D. The Sphere was clearly the easiest part. ^_^ It's texture was quickly done in MSpaint. It's face ended up too large (still learning), so I switched it to a cube layout and positioned it hide the other faces. Once light sorce set as a sun. Used Windows XP's "Concrete" wallpaper texture as the trap's wood. I clearly made adjustments to it in Blender. ^_^ The other textures are Blender defaults. ------------------------------------- I do need to point out that I did NOT model the traps for the purpose of this imagenor my upcoming Halo image. There's a LOT more to it then simple art. Unfortaintly, it may be Fall or Winter 2007 before I can revile any more. :( All depend on how things progress. But the above image is a HUGE hint. Guess away, but keep in mind that I've cofirmed NOTHING!

i would change the antialiasing method from whatever it currently is (cubic i think is the default) to gauss, the number of samples from 8 to 11. for a wood texture use a mix of some cloud maps with either x, y or z scalled way up and the others lower. you can also add a subsurf modifier to the sphere.

That pic looks like fun. It reminds me that, it is the second mouse that gets the cheese!
