Description

Oil on canvas, 12"x24". It may look like a mess, but I was ok with it as it more or less matched the idea I saw in my head ;) Thanks for taking the time to look. Even though I've been painting more recently (and having lotsa fun), I'm looking forward to posting more digital work soon. Thanks again ;)

mess is gooood!!! you make a wonderful mess on the canvas, but hopefully, you got to be messy off canvas as well... love the tactile sense to this and the hint of definition, both of which engage my own imagination so easily... thanks for that :))

Good to see more of your work in oil painting! And it totally doesn't look like a mess -- that piece would look great framed and on a wall. :)

Great painting! No mess at all! Just fluent lines of composition, and beautiful mysterious atmosphere. lovely tones in those dark areas.

Good to see you posting again.. I love it.. It's raw and emotionally draining... Art should make you feel... This nails it.

A little bit of Albert Pinkham Ryder must reside in your head. Very nice.
