Description

I designed this model based on a sketch I found in a history book. I designed the boats in 3D first (see my gallery) & then built them from scratch based on the design. Enjoy!

So, once upon a time, there was a Canadian Navy with craft mightier than a Coast Guard cutter. These look like destroyers with 5 inch aramment and anti-aircraft automatic cannon. I am advised.

Once upon a time the Canadian Navy even had carriers! Two of them! HMCS Magnificant (Maggie) & HMCS Bonnaventure (Bonny). These are Tribal Class destroyers. The only remaining Tribal, HMCS Haida, is permanantly berthed in my home city of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
