wow nice effect. it took me forever to learn how to get effects like that in yafray, there realy should be a better tutorial out there. more than the caustics, the wood is realy the work of art!

This is good but it could be made great: caustics speak of very intense light falling on an object and passing through it. You have the light that has passed through, but not the light hitting the object. It should have highlights and brightness on the top/right/corner edges.
