In order for the majority of these materials to render correctly several settings needs to be changed when you go to render : 1 : Almost all metals and glass and paints use Ray-Traced Reflections for added realism, within the render window make sure you tick Ray-Tracing before starting your final render 2 : Paints such as Chameleon or Sparkle use the Noise node to help create the effect, if rendered closely this effect may look overdone. to fix this, again in the render settings window increase the Pixel Samples to 3 or above to smooth it out and give a MUCH better look to the paints Other than that, just remember that because these materials are using ray-traced reflections, there must be something surrounding it that can be reflected. Using a sky dome and the ground plane will work, but the more detailed the environment the more realistic the reflections will be and therefore the more realistic the material will look.
