Description

G'day. Heres another shot taken using an Infra red Camera, so NO its not snow. Its a hot 30 dec celcius summers day on Oz!! It looks like snow as the infra red filter removes/absorbs most of the colour we can see with our eyes, leaving a snow white result!! I have written an article on it if anyones interested!! Enjoy Louise

Great resemblance to snow without the apparent weight on the foliage. The somewhat warmer tone reminds of an old sepia photo very appropriate for the building.

Sigh. This is just too beautiful for words. Its funny how IR can make the most ordinary scenes look so extraordinary. Had you shot this without the filter it would have been rather boring wouldnt you agree? But instead it now looks like something out of a fairytale book. Excellent work Louise!!!! Have a wonderful evening! #:o)

I usually have some apprehension with IR - but you make them into beautiful work of art - so I'm good! :)

Very nice shot, this one doesn't look as much like snow, to me it looks like the sun has bleached the colour out of the plants.... Nice effect!
