I agree, very serene and tranquil... I guess there is not much to improve in the image, because if you added detail it would lose the effect...??

It's almost perfect as is - would make a great desktop image - or poster background. "Maybe" you could "naturalise" the terrain a bit more - to give it even more of a contrast to the sphere???

Thanks guys:) Actually I worked kinda hard to get the terrain and that sphere to fade into each other....that's the point:) And the image is already out for sale as a poster at http://www.zazzle.com/posters/gallery/contributor_list.asp?contributor=softchrista.
