Description

Something completely different for me,... a digital shot of the record snowfall here in ABQ. Thought maybe somebody could use it as a background for some real art,... Enjoy, and stay warm.

Hi Tal...! Thats how my landscape usually looks like at this time of the year. Only this year 2006/07 has been the warmest, ever averaging 5 to 15 deg Centigrade every day. We normaly see snowcovered hills and forests and minus 10 deg. hows that for a climate change. Michael DENMARK

Well, a foot of snow in one storm is a historical record for ABQ,... our winters are actually not that bad,... the mountain gets all the snow and spares the city,... not so this time.

Not to mention we still had snow on the ground from the previous storm that dropped a foot as well (mostly melted, but still pretty heavy in our back). I should post pictures as well sometime :D Beautiful shot here!

Yep.... that looks like a whole pile of snow alright. Here in Toronto were pushing up towards double digits, and still no sign of snow!! Wonderful capture you got here!!

Yeah A foot of wonderful slippery snow - and ice the ice fields that are called the streets. I LOVE it. Okay - It's Albuquerque and when the sun comes out the snow goes away usually, but not this time. I still have probably 6 inches in the front yard. Glory the snow and ice gods and please go play in your proper lands. :)

Great shot. Brrrrr! Just seeing it makes me go to turn the heater on! It really would be a wonderful background.

I concur with Newbie_Renderer's comment, I can see now who's been stealing all our Canadian snow. You can keep it... :)
